This is the third house that we have built so we are aware of the stress and pitfalls that can go with the building process.  I have to say however that working with Zeph at Walker Homes was remarkably stress and pitfall free and we were very happy with the way our home was built.
Zeph was very accommodating with some last minute spec changes and bent over backwards to make sure jobs were done right and on time.  Would I build with him again?
Yes, definitely...Thanks Zeph
